Our company operates in the municipality of Araquari, with its own and constantly technologically updated manufacturing facility. We have an extremely specialized team with over 25 years of experience in tool manufacturing. We offer extensive use of technology, exceptional customer service, and the capacity to produce medium and large-sized molds, serving reputable companies in the country.

3R Moldes:
A brief history
3R Moldes was founded in 2005 in Joinville, Santa Catarina, with only three employees and two machining centers.
Gradually, the focus shifted from machining to injection molds for the Automotive, Home Appliances, and Connections industries, requiring technical expertise and enhanced Quality Management.
Following that, the company obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification, operating in its own facilities spanning 950m2 and equipped with machines capable of producing molds weighing up to 15 tons. The company now employs 46 professionals, ranging from technical to higher education levels.
The increase in production capacity allowed 3R Moldes to serve large customers such as Tigre, Whirlpool, Britânia, Mondial, Fortlev, Amanco/Mexichem, and, in the automotive area, we serve VW, Fiat, Peugeot, Renault, Citroën and Ford.
The new challenges demand new investments in technology with the Innovation Platform for Industry, within the "Hands-on" methodology, developed in partnership with SESI and SENAI, which provides an open and collaborative innovation environment.
